About Us
Edinger Farm is a boarding facility conveniently located off Rt 44 in Rehoboth, MA. There are 16 regular 10 x 12 stalls, and 2 pony stalls 7 x 12, with an attached 80 x 180 indoor arena. In addition to the indoor, we have a 180 x 200 oversized outdoor sand ring. Boarding with us means you can tack up and ride inside without even stepping out in bad weather or enjoy the expansive outdoor ring on nice days. Both arenas offer plenty of room to support multiple riders without crowding.
The stall aisle is a roomy 10' wide, and we have 8 sets of crossties positioned along the 200' length - each with it's own saddle rack to provide ample space for many riders to groom or tack at the same time without waiting. Aisles are wide enough to turn around or pass by even the biggest of horses.
We believe that boarders should feel confident that their horses are being well cared for, and strive to provide the best service to our patrons.
We have several boarding options:
Semi-Rough - Similar to traditional rough board, except we will
hand out your a.m. feed, turn your horse out in the morning and feed your lunch hay for you. GREAT for boarders who work and can't make it to the barn first thing in the morning or for lunch time. You would be responsible for feeding p.m., cleaning your stall, picking your paddock, turning your horse in, and supply all your own hay, grain, & shavings. (limited stalls available for this option)
Full Board - We include many extras and added services for our
full boarders that you may not find anywhere else to create a boarding package of great value. We include 3 feeds a day and extras such as adding your supplements, blanketing, worming, and annual weighing for our full board clients.
Working Board - This is the same as full board, however we offer
either one morning shift each week OR 2 evening shifts per week. For AM shifts you would help with the turnout, dropping feed & mucking for about 2-3 hours. For the PM shifts you would assist turning in the horses and dropping feed. In return for the help, we discount your full board by $100/mo. (please contact us for details - limited stalls available with this option)
Pony Board - Our Pony stalls are suitable for minis, small, &
medium ponies only. These are available full board only, at a reduced rate for the little guys.
Our goal is to create a fun and worry-free atmosphere where horse owners of all disciplines can come together and enjoy themselves.
Our current boarders span across many disciplines: Western, Hunter / Jumper, Dressage, Eventing, & Pleasure. You are sure to find a fellow boarder that shares your passion in your chosen discipline.
Every horse in our care is treated as if it were our own. Snacks (with owner's approval) and loving attention are enjoyed by all horses on the premises. The horses in our care are very healthy & very happy! But don't take our word for it...come visit, speak to our satisfied boarders, and see for yourself.
